A VERY SPECIAL DAY
For Orin and Wendi 

We are met this day to participate
In a most gracious and honorable event.
As two young and willing souls unite
In wedded bliss, which is Heaven sent.

Those loved ones near and dear to them,
Are gathered here today, to celebrate;
And we hope to be here years from now,
To recall this day and to commemorate.

May they always be as happy
As they are this very special day.
May their lives be filled with sunshine,
And neither strife nor trouble come their way.

God grant them joy and health and happiness,
As they embark on life’s uncertain trail.
May their hearts be light and their spirits bright,
May their trust and devotion never fail.

May they always be the best of friends,
And may all their fondest dreams come true.
May their love remain forever strong.
May they never be sad, forlorn or blue.

The Golden Rings they wear from this day on,
Are symbols of their faith and loyalty;
As they exchange their vows and pledge their love, 
That will survive throughout eternity.

For there is nothing quite so precious,
 after all is said and done,
As a love that can stand the test of time,
And two hearts that join... and beat... as one.
